ICL: Incredible Results, Better Vision

Dr. Luke: One of my favorite procedures here at ClearSight is the Implantable Collamer Lens or the ICL. That has been shown to provide a better quality of vision for many people for whom LASIK was not the best option. In many cases, even for those who can have LASIK, the EVO ICL has been shown to have an even better quality of vision.
One of the wonderful things about the EVO ICL is that it can treat prescriptions that are four or five times what my typical LASIK patient may be. People who have been told that they weren’t a candidate for LASIK for either thin corneas or because their prescription was too high, really for the most part doesn’t exist with the ICL.
For many patients who have always known that they had the worst vision in the room, the EVO ICL can typically provide vision that is better than everyone else in the room. Our results have been so great that the company who creates this implant has invited me out to California to talk to other surgeons across the United States and the world about how we’re doing things so well here in Oklahoma City.
