Here is more of Damon's story:
I had been wearing contacts for 15 years and glasses for even longer. I had a really high prescription. My previous doctor promised me only a certain amount of vision correction with the surgery, so I put it off. I said, "well there is no need to do it if I still have to wear glasses or contact lenses."
Then I heard about ClearSight Center, and I thought, "Hey, I will give it one more shot to see if they can do it". It was very simple, they walked me thru everything and made sure I knew exactly what they were going to do. The doctor told me exactly what results he could get me and I had confidence in him and went on thru with the procedure.
At first I thought it was just the typical sales deal where they get you in, and get you to do it. But everyone seemed real confident. My brother had laser surgery there also. His eyes were worse than mine, and he has had great results.
After I had the procedure I was able to see that same evening it was shocking! It was great! I was looking at the TV and thinking wow, it's like high definition because I see better now than what I did with my contact lenses. I really got way better results than I thought I was going to get realistically, as bad as my prescription was.
The people at ClearSight Center are real professionals. They walk you thru everything. They make sure you know your instructions and they call at home to make sure everything went okay after the procedure. I had my follow up appointment the next day and also reminder calls after that about my next appointments. Everyone was really nice and ask what they can do to make your visit more comfortable. That's what I like about them. They really care.
I would say LASIK is the best decision you could make to improve your life and happiness. It is one of those things that you just need to do if there is nothing holding you back.
It is great to get up every day and not have to worry about it. You just throw on your clothes and go.
