Perkins was an All-American at return specialist for OU in 2003.
He set a NCAA record with four punt return yards and set NCAA records for touchdown returns in one game and punt return yards in a game.
Perkins also set an Oklahoma school record for career punt return yards and is one punt return for a touchdown short of the all-time NCAA career record.
He also excelled in the classroom with All-Big 12 Academic honors.
Perkins was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in 2005. |
