Simply register below and visit ClearSight Center for a Free LASIK screening to determine if you are a LASIK candidate. Upon completion you'll be entered into our View of your Life contest where you'll have a chance to win free tickets to OU Basketball or Football games as well as autographed OU footballs and basketballs! If you have LASIK you'll be entered into a drawing to win a full refund of your procedure fee.
